摘要
报文处理系统ＭＨＳ（ＭｅｓｓａｇｅＨａｎｄｉｎｇＳｙｓｔｅｍ）又称为电子邮件系统，是当今社会实现办公自动化的主要通信方式和手段。本文重点介绍ＭＨＳ－ＣＣＩＴＴ推荐的标准Ｘ．４００的结构，文件编排和编址，ＭＨＳ模型的层次表示以及ＯＳＩ（ＯｐｅｎＳｙｓｔｅｍＩｎｔｅｒｃｏｎｎｅｃｔｉｏｎ）参考模型和关系。
MHS(Message Handing System) is also Called E─mail System,Which is one of the most important way and method communication by which we nowadays realize the office automation. The treatise mainly intrduces MHS-the standard X. 400 yrecommended by CCITT,and its structure,naminy and addressing,it also introduces the description of the layers in MHS model and the realation between MHS model and OSI model.
