摘要 针对循环水系统微生物腐蚀严重和粘泥过多的情况,仪征化纤热电厂对冷却塔进行了人工清淤除藻,对循环水管道进行了阴极保护,并对循环水采取加缓蚀阻垢剂、杀菌灭藻剂(包括氧化性杀菌灭藻剂、非氧化性杀菌灭藻剂和粘泥剥离剂)和旁滤水处理等措施。实施这些措施后,循环水系统微生物腐蚀和粘泥得到了有效控制,取得了很好的经济效益。 Problems of microbiological corrosion and slime build-up disturb the normal operation of circulating cooling water system severely in the thermal power plant of Yizheng Chemical Fibre Co. , Ltd. in Jiangsu Province. Artificial measures such as manual purge, algae-removal of cooling tower and cathodic protection of circulating water pipeline have been taken and chemicals like corrosion inhibitors, germicides (the oxidative germicide, blame evildoing oxidative germicide and slime stripper are included) have been dosed into the circulating water. Besides also by-pass filtration of partial circulating water was implemented. After taking these measures, the situation has been gone to better, and good economical benefits have been obtained.
