对哈尔滨市沿江生活污水截流及处理工程泵站及管道部分进行了安全验收评价,通过对设备、设施实际运行状况及安全设施和措施的评价,提出所存在的问题和应采取的安全对策措施及建议,保证工程运行的安全性和稳定性。

Acceptance assessment of the safety of the pumping station and pipeline used for cutting off and treating domestic sewage along the Songhua River has been made. By assessing the practical operating conditions of the equipment as well as relevant safety devices and safety measures, some existing problems and constructive safety countermeasures and suggestions that should be taken are presented in order to ensure the safety and stability of the operation.
