摘要
作者介绍了2种简单有效的兔假阴道制作方法。该法使用容易获得的材料和简单工具,结合实验室实际制作采精用假阴道。结果表明,采精效果较好,制作、清洗方便,满足工作需要。
Objective The aim of this study was to introduce a simple method of making an artifical vergina using for rabbit sperm collection. Methods Some materials that are easily available under an experimental circumstance have been organized and made into artifical vagina by hand, Results The home-made artifical vagina was tested easy used and well-worked. Conclusion This method is proved simple and effective in the artificial insemination on Japanese big ear rabbit.
