摘要 脂联素是脂肪细胞特异分泌的细胞因子,起调节糖类和脂类代谢的作用。作者就脂联素的来源、结构,对糖和脂代谢的调控、表达及其受体的研究进展作一综述。 Adiponectin is a cell factor secreted exclusively from adipocyte. It plays an important role in regulating the metabolism of glucose and lipid. This review summarizes research advance in the source, structure, regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism, expression and AdipoR of adiponectin.
