我国体育基金积累减缓的成因分析及对策研究

Cause Analysis and Countermeasure Research of the Slow Accumulation of Chinese Sport Fund

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑演绎法、等多种研究方法,对我国体育基金积累减缓的成因进行深入分析,目的在于通过分析寻找我国目前体育基金积累的相应对策。结论认为目前造成我国体育基金积累减缓的主要原因有:1)金融投资工具投资收益的变动对体育基金投资的影响;2)体制改革与企业赞助能力减弱对体育基金筹资的影响;3)体育基金投资体育产业的限制过多;4)参加运动员伤残互助保险与获得奖、助学金的人数不断攀升加大了体育基金支出。

With the methods of documentary review, expert interview, and logical deduction, the causes of the slow accumulation of Chinese sport fund are analyzed, in order to find out the countermeasures of it. The main causes are as follows： 1） the changes of the investment interests of financial investment tools have an impact on the investment on sport fund; 2） system reform and the reduction of enterprise sponsorship have an impact on the financial sources of sport fund; 3） there are too many restrictions about the investment of sport fund on sport industry 4） that more and more people buy disability insurance for mutual help and obtain grants and scholarship increases the payout of sport fund.
