摘要
采用血乳酸、无氧功率测试等实验手段对竞技健美操运动员的无氧供能水平进行研究,分析其在完成成套动作演练、实验室完成定量负荷等不同运动状态下生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,受试者心率最大值、血乳酸最大值、平均功率、峰值功率及30 s无氧功率下降率均存在显著性组间差异(P<0.05);高水平竞技健美操运动员进入运动状态的机能动员快、最大负荷时机能水平高、运动后恢复快。研究启示:无氧糖酵解供能水平是限制耐力水平发展的重要因素,在体能训练中,无代谢氧能力是关键。
With the experimental methods of blood lactic acid and anaerobic capacity test, competitive aerobics players' anaerobic ability is researched. The players' physiological and biochemical changes are analyzed in different exercise states such as set exercises or ration load accomplishment in lab. There is significant group deviation among max heart rate, max blood lactate acid, average capacity, ax capacity and 30 seconds' decreasing rate of anaerobic capacity, etc. Excellent competitive aerobics players motivate their capacity more quickly after coming into exercise state, have high level of capacity when they load max and also recover more quickly after exercises. It is indicated that anaerobic glycolysis level is the main factor of restricting endurance ability and that anaerobic ability is the key factor to the physique ability.
