我国高校高水平运动队系统运行机制及改革与发展思考

Consideration on the Reform and Development of the Operation System of High Level Sports Teams in Chinese Colleges

从管理科学的角度,根据“系统理论”,通过对我国高校高水平运动队系统内部各二级机制的研究,探索高等学校如何发挥自身优势,建立一套科学合理的系统运行机制。并提出中国高校高水平运动队的未来发展,必须充分发挥自身优势,以参加世界大学生运动会为目标,以招生改革为龙头,以生源基地建设为重点,以训练竞赛为核心,以中国竞技体育发展的整体战略为导向,依靠走社会化、科学化的道路,实行分级办队,以达到促进高校高水平运动队持续、快速、健康发展的目的。

According to the management science and the system theory, the operation system of high level sports teams of Chinese colleges is researched, in order to make use of colleges＇ advantages and set up a reasonable and scientific operation system. The development of high level sports teams of Chinese colleges must depend on making use of their own advantages, taking part in the Universiade, the reform of enrollments, the comtruction of students base, and training and competitions. According to the sports development strategies of China, high level sports teams of Chinese colleges should walk along a socialized and scientific road and establish teams according to their different levels in order to attain a sustainable, rapid and healthy development.
