摘要
运用理论研究、问卷调查等方法。针对体育教学俱乐部实施方案及效果、体育教学俱乐部发展现状进行了研究。得出以下结论:体育教学俱乐部模式,符合当代大学生生理、心理和身心健康以及养成终身体育的习惯;经过实践检验,可以培养学生终身参与体育活动的兴趣、习惯和能力;体育教学俱乐部在教学组织与管理上形成了“三个自主、两个结合、一个打破”的体育教育新格局;体育教学俱乐部,实现了体育课、体育竞赛、课外体育锻炼的有机结合;体育教学俱乐部对教师提出了新的挑战;调查表明学生更喜欢这种教学模式;体育教学俱乐部能够达到预期的教学目标。
By applying theoretical research, experimental investigation and questionnaire investigation, the implemented project, effects and the present situation of PE teaching club were studied. It was concluded that the model of PE teaching club met the college students' physical and psychological needs. It can help students to develop the interest, habit and capability of doing sports activities for life. And set a new pattem in teaching organization and management. PE teaching clubs unite PE lessons, sport competitions and extra curricular physical trainings together and give new challenges to teachers. It was shown that students preferred this teaching model. And PE teaching clubs can attain the desired teaching goal.
