摘要
本文讨论了直接利用工厂报表数据选择和构建肌苷发酵过程的动力学模型,并用Powell优化法和Runge-Kutta积分法处理模型,获得模型参数.所得模型如下:菌体增殖动力学方程dx/dt=0.46368x-0.03573x2;肌苷生成动力学方程dx/dt=0.17910sx/(63.56+s)-基质消耗动力学方程-ds/dt=1.01392dx/dt+1.46825dp/dt+0.24846X.结果表明,模型的计算值与工厂批报数据符合得很好.
The modelling and parameter estimation is comsidered for the inosine fermentation process basing on the information gasimed directly from the factory log sheet records.The rate of multipeication of bacterium is dx/dt = 0. 46368x - 0. 03573x2. The rate equation of the consumption of glucose is -ds/dt=1. 01392dx/dt+1. 46825 dp/dt+0. 24846x.The rate equation of the formation of inosine is dp/dt=0.17910sx/(63. 56+s)-0. 63798dx/dt.The result shows that the calculated values of mathematical agree with the factory dala well.
