摘要
从多种植物根际土壤中分离到52株真菌菌株,通过琼脂柱法初筛及摇瓶复筛,筛选出1株对根癌农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens T-37)有明显抑制效果的菌株xj,经分类鉴定确定为黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger),并对之发酵条件进行了研究,结果表明:以2%果糖、3%牛肉膏为液体发酵培养基,10%装液量,起始pH6.0,25℃,140r/min,发酵5d,抑菌圈直径可达到35.28±0.32mm。
52 fungi strains were isolated from different rhizospheric soil samples, among which a strain xj to inhibit the growth ofAgrobacterium tumefaciens T-37 was identified as AspergiUuse niger after being screened by agar column method and selected by liquid fermentation. The fermentation conditions for the AspergiUuse niger xj strain were optimized as follows: 2 % fructose, 3% beef extract as liquid ferment medium, 10% volume of substrate, initial pH6.0, 25℃, and 140r/min, for 5 days, while the inhibiting zones diameter was up to 35.28 ± 0.32mm.
