摘要
本文旨在研究通过添加不同种类、不同浓度的添加剂来改善魔芋葡甘聚糖水溶胶的成膜性和抗菌性,并将其应用到龙眼的常温贮藏。为研制和开发“绿色包装”的生物可降解膜在商业上的应用提供参考和一定的理论依据。
Study on improving the efficacy of coating for pathogens inhibition with Konjac glucomannan hydrosol by adding various additives of different kinds and in different thickness for Longan storeage in normal temperature. This paper offered a practical and theoretical referrence to the commercial application of the biological and degradable film for Longan storage in normal temperature.
