4种动物染色体的制片方法 被引量:3

摘要 染色体制片是对染色体畸变进行深入研究的基础。制片质量将影响整个实验进程和全部结果的综合分析。以大鼠、小鼠、豚鼠、鹌鹑4种实验动物为材料,对它们的骨髓染色体和小鼠生殖细胞染色体的制片方法进行了探索和改进,创造性地提出了一种更为简便、科学、可靠的新方法,即恒温低渗法和乙醇-冰醋酸(体积比为3∶1)固定法,得到了令人满意的制片效果,为下一步的研究工作创造了必要条件。 Chromosome section is the base for us to do the chromosome teratogenic research. The quality of section will have effect on experimental process and final analysis of total results. To obtain more scientific and credible results, four common animals are used in the experiment for exploring and improving the chromosome section method by dealing with their marrow cells and mouse's germ cells. We initially used isoperibol hypo-osmotic method and ethanol/Glacial acetic acid (3 : 1, by vol) fixed method, which satisfactorily met the demonds of next study.
