摘要
利用固相萃取法对金银花中吡虫啉的提取方法进行了研究。样品用甲醇提取,石油醚反萃取,二氯甲烷萃取,SPE-C18小柱净化,配有DAD检测器的液相色谱仪进行检测。结果表明采用本方法,固相萃取小柱可重复使用3次,平均回收率为81.3%~89.3%,变异系数为4.30%~7.10%,最小检出量为0.0212ng,最低检出质量分数为0.00265mg/kg,具有操作方便、速度快、安全、节省成本、对环境污染少的特点。
The extraction method of imidacloprid in honeysuckle by solid phase extraction (SPE) was evaluated. Samples were extracted by methanol, reversely purified by petroleum ether, cleaned up by dichloromethane and then determined with HPLC-DAD. The result showed that SPE-C18 column could be used three times by this way, The average recovery was 81.3 to 89.3% with a C.V. of 4.30 to 7.10%, the lowest detection limit of 0.0212 ng, the lowest detection concentration of 0.00265 mg/kg of the method were obtained. The analytical method was convenient, efficient, safe, economic, and less pollution to environment.
