The Sino- Russian scientific and technological cooperation has become a focal point and a hot spot in China＇ s foreign technical cooperation. Their cooperative patterns and channels are many and various, and increasingly conform to the norm standards and the principles of market economy. In the process of turning Russian scienfific research achievements into productive force and industrialization, part and parcel funds came from the government and scientific research institutes, but a few capitals andrisk funds for starting an undertaking from home and abroad.
