摘要
若控制某一数量性状的多基因分散于M个连锁群,每个连锁群上有Km个多基因.当两纯系(P1和P2)存在∑Mm=1Km对基因差异,P1中有∑Mm=1(Km-K′m)个显性纯合位点及∑Mm=1K′m个隐性纯合位点,P2中相应有∑Mm=1(Km-K′m)个隐性纯合位点及∑Mm=1K′m个显性纯合位点.其中∑Mm=1(Km-K′m)个基因座中有∑Mm=1Nm个基因显性方向为负,∑Mm=1K′m个基因座中有∑Mm=1N′m个基因座显性方向为负时。
If polygenes that control one quantitative character is dispersed in M linkage groups,there are K m genes in every linkage group.Assuming ∑Mm=1K m pairs of different genes between two pure parental lines (P 1 and P 2),there are ∑Mm=1(K m-K′ m) pairs of dominant homozygosis locus and ∑Mm=1K′ m pairs of in P 1, ∑Mm=1(K m-K′ m) pairs of recessive homozygosis locus K′ pairs of dominant homozygosis locus in P 2.When the dominance direction of ∑Mm=1N m gene loci in ∑Mm=1(K m-K′ m) gene loci ,and that of ∑Mm=1N′ m gene loci in ∑Mm=1K′ m gene are negative,the resolution form of every term in the variance of F 2 and backcross generation is obtained.
