摘要
目的:观察链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发的实验性糖尿病对大鼠甲状腺的影响。方法:20只大鼠随机分为对照组和糖尿病组,STZ一次性腹腔注射诱发大鼠糖尿病,应用放射免疫、免疫组织化学及形态计量学方法观察各组大鼠甲状腺形态及功能的变化。结果:与对照组大鼠相比,糖尿病组大鼠血清T3、T4含量,甲状腺滤泡面积,平均滤泡上皮高度及T3、T4免疫反应阳性滤泡数量显著降低或减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);胶体面积和胶体形状因子显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病时甲状腺激素合成与分泌障碍,甲状腺机能减退。
Objective:To study the effects of rats diabetes induced by streptozotocin (STZ) on thyroid. Methods: 20 rats were applied in this study and divided into 2 groups at random, control group and STZ diabetic group, and each group had 10 rats. Radioimmunoassay, morphometrical and immunochemical technique were used to observe the changes of morphology and function of thyroid. Results: Compared with rats in control group,the T3, T4 content in serum, the thyroid follicle area, the average epithelium thickness and T3, T4 positive follicle of rats in diabetic group obviously decreased (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ) ; while the colloid area and colloid form factor significantly increased (P〈0.01). Conclusions: In diabetes, the synthesis and secreting of thyroid hormone is disturbed and the function of thyroid decrease.
