血清转化生长因子-β1、Ⅳ型胶原、透明质酸及Ⅲ型前胶原N端肽对判断肝硬化程度的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清转化生长因子-β1(TGFβ1)、Ⅳ型胶原(IVC)、透明质酸(HA)及Ⅲ型前胶原N端肽(PⅢNP)的浓度与肝硬化的关系。方法以ELISA方法检测血清TGFβ1和IVC的浓度,采用放射免疫法检测血清HA和PⅢNP的浓度。结果肝硬化组血清TGFβ1、IVC、HA及PⅢNP的浓度明显高于正常组;在肝硬化组中,血清TGFβ1的浓度与其他分子之间并不存在明确的相关性,而IVC、HA和PⅢNP相互之间却存在着明显的相关性;血清TGFβ1浓度在肝硬化A、B、C级组之间并没有显著性差异;IVC、HA及PⅢNP在C级组肝纤维化患者血清中的浓度明显高于其他组,B级组肝硬化患者血清中的浓度也明显高于A级组。结论TGFβ1、IV型胶原(IVC)、透明质酸(HA)及Ⅲ型前胶原N端肽(PⅢNP)作为非创伤性肝纤维化标志物,对判断肝硬化及其发展程度具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the association of transforming growth factor β1 ( TGFβ1 ), collagen type Ⅳ (IVC), hyauline (HA) and collagen type Ⅲ N- terminal peptide (PⅢNP) with liver fibrosis. Methods The study was carried out in 93 normal controls and 96 cirrhotic patients. The concentration of serum TGFβ1 and IVC was measured by ELISA, and that of serum HA and P Ⅲ NP by RIA. Results The serum levels of TGFβ1, IVC, HA and P Ⅲ NP were significantly higher in the cirrhotic group than in the control. No significant relationship was found between TGFβ1 and the other 3 serum markers. But the relationship between the latter 3 markers was significant, and besides, they were directly proportional to degrees of liver cirrhosis ( according to Chind - Pugh classification). ConcIuslon The measurement of serum TGFβ1, IVC, HA and PⅢ NP plays an important role in judging the progress of liver fibrosis.
