心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的细胞信号转导通路 被引量:3

摘要 心肌缺血/再灌注(ischem ia/reperfusion,I/R)损伤细胞信号转导通路涉及细胞信号分子、细胞信号接收系统、细胞内信号转导通路等多方面,各种信号转导通路既独立存在又相互作用,形成一个极其复杂的网络结构。深入认识I/R损伤细胞信号转导通路,对防治心肌I/R损伤具有重要的理论意义和临床价值。
