摘要
目的制备复方环丙沙星膜剂并制定该制剂的含量测定方法。方法以聚乙烯醇-124、羧甲基纤维素钠为成膜材料,制备复方环丙沙星膜剂。采用等吸收双波长紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果环丙沙星浓度测定的线性范围为4-9μg·mL^-1,r=0.9997(n=6),平均回收率98.06%,RSD为1.04%;替硝唑浓度测定的线性范围8-18μg·mL^-1,r=0.9989(n=6),平均回收率99.17%,RSD为0.82%。结论复方环丙沙星膜剂制备工艺可行,含量测定方法准确可靠,可达到质量控制的目的。
Objective To prepare a compound ciprofloxacin films and establish the determination of its content. Methods Using PVA-124 ,CMC-Na as the excipients, compound ciprofloxacin films was prepared, and the determination of its content was established with equal absorption at two different wavelengths by UV spectrophotometry. Results The contents of ciprofloxacin and tinidazole were determined with equal absorption at two different wavelengths by UV spectrophotometry. The linear range of ciprofloxacin was 4 - 9 μg·mL^-1, the average recovery was 98.06% with RSD of 1.04% ; the linear range of tinidazole was 8 - 18 μg·mL^-1 , the average recovery was 99. 17% with RSD of 0. 82%. Conclusion The compound ciprofloxacin films is good and its content can be controlled accurately.
