摘要
针对目前多种现场总线协议共存的现状,提出了一种基于PROFIBUS总线的全集成自动化方案。分析了PROFIBUS-DP协议与异类现场总线协议转换网关的结构,设计了现场总线协议转换网关、PROFIBUS-DP通信主站和从站。通过现场总线协议转换网关可以将异类现场设备统一集成到PROFIBUS-DP总线网络中,通过总线耦合器可以将PROFIBUS-PA过程自动化设备连接到PROFIBUS-DP总线,利用PROFI-BUS主站对各类现场设备进行统一监控与管理。在该方案中,信息交互直接在设备层实现,硬件设计成本较低,非常适合于中小企业内部的信息集成。
According to the coexisting of several fieldbuses, a solution of totally integrated automation based on PROFIBUS is provided. The frame of gateway between PROFIBUS - DP and other kinds of fieldbuses is analyzed. And a scheme for fieldbus protocol conversion gateway, DP master and DP slave is designed. The solution is suitable for small and medium - sized enterprises as the information exchange is realized at the device layer, and the cost of hardware design is low.
