摘要
介绍了国内外不同学派的学者对战略联盟的相关研究,回顾了国内外战略联盟的机理研究,总结了战略联盟意义的研究;并探讨了战略联盟稳定性、组建与管理研究,最后对国内外战略联盟研究的主要方法进行了综述。
This paper provides a review of the studies on strategic alliance, including the studies on the mechanism, significance, its stability, establishment and management, as well as the methods of strategic alliance.
