摘要
试图突破传统组织结构的桎梏,从提高组织响应能力角度出发提出组织设计的新理念。在探讨了组织响应机理(信息、组织和功能)的基础上,提出了超文本的组织概念。从响应功能的角度,分析了超文本组织机理,并给出了一个解释性模型。在此基础上,进一步探讨了职能设计与权力分配问题。
In order to enhance the response capability of organizations, the mechanism of organization' s response capability is analyzed based on information, organization and function. To break the shackle of traditional organization structure, a hypertext organization is put forward. This article analyzes the mechanism of hypertext organization from the viewpoint of response capability, and provides an explanative model. Based on the analysis, arrangement of the organization' s functions and powers are probed.
