芜菁花叶病毒衣壳蛋白降解原因的初步研究

通过对广州郊区芜菁花叶病毒芜菁毒系的研究，表明该病毒的衣壳蛋白为单一组分，分子量为２０ ０００．当纯化病毒或病毒蛋白在４℃冰箱中放置两个月后，蛋白质已部分降解，高效液相色谱分析得到两个吸收峰，聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳得到分子量为２０ ０００和８ ７７０的两种组分．降解是由于病毒衣壳蛋白自身的原因造成的．．

The present paper deals with the study the Turnip virus series in the Turnip mosaiv virus found in the outskirt of Guangzhou.It clearly shows that the subunit of the coat protein of TuMV-TrS is a single component with a molecular weight of about 2 000 D.When the purified TuMV-TrS of the purified coat protein has been stored for two months at 4℃,its protein is partially degradated.By means of polyacylamides gel elctrophoresis in presence of SDS and high pressure liquid chromatography it is discovered that the subunit of the coat protein has dissociated into two components with molecular weight of 20 000 a,8 770 respectively.The degradation of the coat protein is caused by itself.
