江汉平原农村空间网络的结构与功能研究

A RESEARCH ON THE FUNCTION AND STRUCTURE OF RURAL SPACE NETWORK IN JIANGHAN PLAIN

认为农村空间网络主要由交通网络、信息网络、电力网络构成．以江汉平原中的湖北省荆州地区为例，运用系统科学、区域科学有关理论，定性与定量结合的方法，分析了区内农村空间网络结构的特点，说明空间网络的不断完善已成为区域经济发展的重要推动力，为加速农村工业化发挥了积极作用，为农村空间创新奠定了基础．根据区内农村空间结构中存在的问题，提出了加大公路建设力度，发展综合运输；加强邮政建设，开发信息产业；拓宽电源渠道。

This article thinks that ruarl space network mainly consists of communication network, information network and power network. Exemplifying with the Jinzhou prefecture in Jianghan plain, Hubei province, it analyses the characteristic of the rural space network with the systematic science ideology, spacial science theory and method of qualitative and quantitutive analysis. The conclusion is that the improving on the space network is becoming important motive force to accelerate rural industrialization and to create favorable conditions for innovating rural space. According to the problemes in rural space structure in the prefectine, the article puts forward measares and tactics to optimize regional rural space network such as speeding up road building, strenghening postal service construction and the supply of electricty, developing synthetical communication, information industry and power sources.
