摘要
分析了在电力系统低频振荡的情况下,三峡电站水轮发电机组调速系统的动态特性,从电力系统低频振荡产生的机理出发,采用改进调速器控制算法的方法。
Based on the analysis to the causes which will give rise to the low frequency oscillation of the power system, an improvement to the control algorithm of the governor is proposed which can be taken as a strategy to restrain the low frequency oscillation of the power system.
