摘要
针对东北电业管理局的重点科研项目—元宝山发电厂引进的600MW机组锅炉的2×3×56×14×4×300型电除尘器改造这一研究课题,采用冷态流场模化试验的方法研究该除尘器原结构的缺陷,并应用粘性流体附面层理论计算与单、双相模化试验相结合的方法,找出了该电除尘器除尘效率低的原因。
Improving the performance of the precipitator of Yuanbaoshan Powe plant 600MW boiler set is an important task given by Northeast China Electric Power Authority.The defects of the precipitator has been investigated with cold model and simulated by single and two phase simulating test.According to the causes of defects,the paper presents suggestions that might be able to improve the precipitator's performance.
