文章以电力上市公司2005年年报为研究基础,考察了电力上市公司的经营绩效与其高级管理层薪酬的关系,讨论了高管人员薪酬与管理绩效、公司规模、国有股比例等因素的相关性,并对上市公司高管的薪酬激励机制进行分析。
Based on 2005 annual reports of the listed electric power companies, presents the investigation on the relationship between business performance of these companies and compensation of their top executives, discusses the relativity between the compensation of top executives and business performance, company scale, and proportion of state-owned shares, and analyses the compensation incentive mechanisms in these companies for top executives.
