After presenting the characters ofaggregative companies＇ capital operation, the characteristices of power grid enterprises and related problems on finance are analyzed. In terms of capital operation, the strategy for the development of power grid enterprises is proposed, and further more, the main approaches for the capital operation of power grid enterprises are diversifing the property right structure, issuing shares and being a listed company, establishing and perfecting the power capital market, and implementing integrated strategy.
