摘要
果蔬贮藏保鲜是保持其品质和商品价值的一种重要方法,而低温和高湿是果蔬贮藏保鲜的环境保障。我国北方冬季寒冷且漫长,具有丰富的自然冷资源,将冷资源按一定方式引入湿冷系统中,利用冬季的寒冷来维持冷库的低温条件,这将减少制冷机制冷所消耗的电能,提高经济效益。为此,对把自然冷量引入湿冷系统中结冰蓄冷进行了研究,并建立了实用的计算结冰厚度的数学模型。
Storing fruits and vegetables is a very important method for maintaining their qualities and commercial values. Low temperature and high relative humidity is a guarantee condition for their storage. The winter in the northern China is very cold and long, which has rich natural cold resource. If we transport the natural cold resource to the humidicool system, we will decrease consumption of electricity and increase the economic efficiency. In this paper we studied on the transported method and worked out a practical mathematic model used to calculate the thickness of ice.
