摘要
由于马铃薯的收获费时费力、劳动强度大且季节性强,因此给农民造成极大的困难。为了解决上述问题,设计了组合分离式马铃薯挖掘机。对该机的主要参数进行了选择,对主要零部件的设计进行了理论计算。根据企业标准《马铃薯挖掘机试验方法》所规定的步骤及方法进行了测试,其性能指标达到了明薯率98%、挖净率99%、伤薯率1%及生产率0.54hm2/h。通过生产考核证明,所选参数与设计计算是正确的,收获作业满足了农艺要求,可以作为定型产品生产。
Since the potato harvesting process has some difficult problems for farmers such as being strenuous and time consuming, great in labor intensity and urgent in seasonal demand, a combined separation potato digger has been developed through selection of principal parameters and theoretical calculation for the design of essential parts. Then an appraisal was made on the performance index for the said potato digger in accordance with the procedure and method stipulated in the 《Testing Method of Potato Digger》 of enterprise standard. The testing result in harvesting process showed that the ratio of potato emerged on the ground was 98%, proportion of potato being digged up 99%, injured ones 1% and the productivity is 0.54 hm2/h.The appraisal in production practice verified that the parameters selection and result of calculation are sound and the performance satisfies the agronomical requirement and this model of potato digger can be put into production as affixed model.
