摘要
随着国家对畜牧业的重视,适合我国国情的全混合日粮机的需求非常迫切。为此,论述了全混合日粮机的搅拌机理,分析了被搅拌物料在搅拌机内产生的剪切、揉搓及对流运动,设计了全混合日粮机的主要参数,并对设计的搅拌机进行了验证,进一步证明了设计的合理性。
Following with the development of animal husbandry in China, the completed mixing ration machine （CMRM） is in demand. Hence, by analyzing the mixing mechanism of the CMRM, the movements of cutting, kneading and conversing, produced by the mixing materials in the mixing machine, are determined. Then, based on these movements working at the same time, the materials are mixed completely. At last, the parameters of CMRM are designed, and the sample machine is tested. The results indicate this designing project is reasonable.
