摘要
针对广西大学机械工程学院研制的4ZB-6A小型甘蔗剥叶机在剥叶过程中伤皮率较高的缺陷,提出了剥叶元件的一种新的装夹方式,即75°螺旋装夹方式。通过两种方式的对比试验研究,在保持或降低含杂率的前提下,成功降低了伤皮率,并改善了剥叶元件的受力状况,达到了更好的剥叶效果。
The 4ZB-6A sugarcane leaf cleaner is found hurting sugarcane's skin, this paper put forward an new installing method of cleaning element, that is 75° helical arrangement method, wish to seek for lower hurting skin and for better cleaning effect, through the two contrastive experimentations testing were put, the result is satisfying.
