摘要
针对现有远红外蔬菜脱水机存在的输送链板不能按时翻转落料甚至脱落等问题,对其拨板机构进行了改进。试验证明,改进后的拨板机构能够保证设备顺利地实施前后链板的左右交替换位,其换位率达99.47%,因拨板机构卡住而导致双面输送链板脱落的可能性降为0,从而使翻转落料得以顺利实施;采用可调活板结构调节轴承外圆至链轮节圆之间的距离,保证了拨板机构的位置精度。采用该拨板机构时,其支座角度以135°左右为宜,轴承外圆至链轮节圆之间的距离最好为0或略小于0。
Improve the dialing mechanism on the foundation of the available far-infrared dryer for vegetable's part transposition of chain boards can't cross the board on schedule and even drop. It was concluded by experiments that the rate of the improved dialing mechanism can make the frofit and back chain board change position from right to left attain 99.47% and the dropping reduce to 0, so malting the dropping smoothly. Ensure the position of the dialing mechanism by using the mechanism adjusting the distance. Using dialing mechanism, the angle of the bearing and chain wheel is 135° , and the distance between bearing and chain wheel is 0or less than 0.
