摘要
蔬菜穴盘精量播种是蔬菜工厂化育苗的关键问题,而气力式播种是广泛采用的精量播种方法之一。为此,通过实验研究了黄瓜、蕃茄、茄子和辣椒等蔬菜种子的物理性质和空气动力学特性,测定了形状、尺寸、千粒质量、孔隙率、休止角、漂浮速度和漂浮系数等有头稀理特性,作为设计蔬菜穴盘气力式精量播种装置结构和性能参数的依据。
Vegetable seeds precision seeding on potted tray is the one of the main problems in industrial raise of vegetable seedlings. Aerodynamic seeding is one of the widely used precise seeding methods. The experimental study on physical and aerodynamic properties of four kinds of vegetable seeds which are extensively transplanted (cucumber, tomato, eggplant and pepper) were carried out. The dimensions, weight of a thousand seeds, porosity, resting angle, floating velocity and coefficient of floatage of vegetable seeds were measured and tested. The results could be as reference for the determination of parameters of structure and performance of aerodynamic vegetable seeds seeding device.
