摘要
在柴油/乙醇双燃料发动机的性能试验中,确定柴油/乙醇的混合比例和喷射乙醇的时刻是至关重要的。为此,利用虚拟仪器LabVIEW技术,对现有发动机进行了改造。在现有的PC计算机上,利用专用软件和特殊设计仪器硬件的试验系统,分别控制柴油和乙醇的供给,可以找出最佳的柴油/乙醇混合比例随转速、负荷的变化规律及其对发动机综合性能的影响。
In the experiment of Diesel/Alcohol dual fuel engine, it is important to decide the mixture proportion of Diesel/Alcohol and the time of Alcohol injection. The experimental system by utilizing virtual instrument LabVIEW, realized on existing engine, based on the PC-controlled computer of hardware which is designed especially and software for a special purpose, controlling the proportion of Diesel/Alcohol separately. With the system and test, the effect on the engine integrate performance varied with the deference of Diesel/Alcohol mixture proportion has been observed in the mixture proportion with the variation of rotating speed and loads.
