农村家庭农产品加工业是农民增收的新增长点,为农村剩余劳动力转移和农村经济发展做出了重要贡献。随着农产品加工业的发展和农产品消费结构的变化,农村家庭农产品加工业的发展遇到新的挑战。为此,论述和分析了当前农村家庭农产品加工业发展的作用及面临的主要困境,提出了走出困境的对策,以期为我国农村家庭农产品加工业的发展提供一定的参考。

Family agricultural＇product＇s processing in country is an increasing drop for farmer to increase earning, transfered to do a major contribution with the country economy development and surplus labor force. Because of development of the agricultural product processing and changing of people＇s agricultural product consume structure, the country family agricultural product processing faces a new challenge.
