补气温阳通脉法治疗胸痹探析

探讨以补气温阳通脉法治疗胸痹的机理及方法。首先分析了胸痹的病机为本虚标实,虚多实少,虚实并见,法当标本兼顾,并以振奋阳气为主,达到使血行瘀散、阴寒自消的目的。治疗当以补气温阳、温通心脉、标本同治为法。临床运用时,当随证加减,如:益气为主,温阳为辅;益气温阳,宣痹通络;益气温阳固脱;益气养阴,安神宁心;益气温阳,活血通腑;益气温阳,活血利湿。可收益气生血、气旺血行、脉通化瘀及振奋阳气而使阴闭自消之功。

Author analyze mechanism and method of invigorating vital energy, warming yang, meridian activating method for curing thoracic obstruction. Pathogenesis of thoracic obstruction are asthenia in origin and astbenia in superficiality,more deficiency and less excess, existing of deficiency and excess syndrome together. So we should treat both the superficiality and the origin simultaneously,and activate the Yangqi mainly to promote the circulation of blood and then the yin -cold will be eliminate. Trenting methods are invigorate vital energy, warming yang,warming and dredging the vessel in the heart, simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms. In clinic, we should modify according to symptom -complex,such as：replenishing Qi mainly and warming yang auxiliary;replenishing Qi and warming yang, removing blockage and dredging collaterals; replenishing Qi ,warming yang and consolidating collapse;supplementing qi and nourishing yin,calm heart and tranquilizing the mind;replenishing Qi and warming yang,promoting blood flow and activating FU -organ;replenishing Qi and warming yang,promoting blood flow and promoting urination. The trenting methods for thoracic obstruction have curative effect of replenishing Qi and hemogenesis,activating Qi and promoting blood flow,promotion of blood circulation and resolving blood stasis ,activating Yang Qi ,wane of Yin evil.
