摘要
通过辽宁新农村建设对农业高技能人才需求分析,提出了新农村建设所需要的农业高技能人才类型及农业高职教育适应新农村建设的对策。
With the demand analysis of agricultural higher technological talents in Liaoning new countryside, this paper puts forward the required type of agricultural higher technological talents and the counter-measure which agricul tural higher vocational education needs to adapt to the new countryside construction.
