高职教育人才培养途径的思考

The Thought of Talents' Training Approach in Higher Vocational Education

人才培养途径与机制在人才培养过程中起着十分重要的作用。然而,我国高等职业教育人才培养途径与机制,同社会对高技能“实用型”人才的需求还不完全适应。在分析人才培养途径与机制内涵、现状及存在的问题的基础上,提出高等职业教育人才培养途径与机制的创新策略。

The approach and mechanism for talent training plays an important role through the talent training pro cess. However, this approach and mechanism of our national high vocational education can＇t meet the need for the high skilled practical talents in our society. Based on the present situation and some existing problerns, this paper proposes the creative strategy of the approach and mechanism of talent training in high vocational education.
