摘要
介绍了一种嵌入式滚动轴承自动监测和故障诊断系统,该系统由ARM和DSP协调工作.DSP端通过对轴承正反两面同时进行数据采集,并对数据通过共振解调等算法计算,判断故障类型.ARM端则负责控制、数据显示以及存储.经实际测试,该系统较传统的人工检测有更高的准确性和稳定性,并且效率高、成本低,有极大应用前景.本文着重阐述了信号采集放大、HPI通信模块以及TMS320C6713的其他外围电路的硬件设计与实现.
Introduces a system of bearing testing and fault diagnosis based on DSP(Digit Signal Processor) and ARM(Advanced RISC Machines). The DSP samples the two side faces of a bearing and judges their fault through resonance demodulation. The system is more accurate and stable than the traditional manual work is. And it is also efficient and low cost. Puts emphasis on hardware design and realization of data acquisition module and the HPI communication module and other peripheral circuits of TMS320C6713.
