摘要
研究了应用E变换与水文离散系统模型矩法的关系。示例证明,E变换可被用作为水文离散系统模型矩估计的一种有效方法。
The E-transform is a new series transform. In this paper the fundamental Principle of the E-transform is introduced and how to use it to solve the moment of hydrologic discrete systems is investigated. It is showed as a method for estimating the moments of hydrologic discrete systems.
