摘要
介绍能源利用和规划的新观念,阐明了需求侧管理和可中断负荷管理的基本概念,以及国内外需求侧管理的发展现状。分别从成本、金融和利益三个方面介绍分析可中断负荷定价的三种常用方法及其应用环境和成果,总结其优缺点。在此基础上,提出了一种适用于当前中国电力市场中可中断负荷的定价方法,并给出了简化模型。
New idea of energy utilization and programming is introduced. The basic concept of demand side management and interruptible load management as well as their development status quo is clarified. Respectively three common pricing methods of interruptible load and their applications are respectively introduced and analyzed from cost, financed and interest. An adoptable method of interruptible load pricing for Chinese power markets is given.
