经尿道前列腺电汽化术结合电切术治疗前列腺增生症78例分析

Transurethral vaporization and resection of prostate for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia in 78 cases

目的探讨经尿道前列腺气化切割结合电切术治疗前列腺增生的存效。方法对78例BPH患者采用美国Circon ACMIF 25.6气化电切镜行经尿道前列腺气化加电切术治疗。结果78例手术成功,术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)平均6.2分,最大尿流率(Qmax)平均16.8ml/S,随访期间疗效稳定,未出现严重并发症。结论TVP和TURP可快速去除增生前列脉组织,安全有效,并发症少,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the method and therapeutic efficacy of benign prostate hyperplasia using transurethral electro vaporization ablation. Methods Seventy eight cases of BPH were treated by TVP. Continuous irrigation resectoscope was used to perform transurethral vaporization and resection of the prostate. Results All cases were successfully treated. IPSS decreased to 6.2 points and Qmax increased to 16.8 ml/s during following up . The curative effect was stable, Conclusions Combined transurethral vaporization and resection could remove hyperplasia prostate tissues quickly and safely and with less complications.
