外伤性和血管性颅内出血患者心肌酶谱对比分析

Cardiac muscle zymogram comparison between traumatic intracranial hemorrhage and vascular intracranial hemorrhage patients

目的探讨外伤性和血管性颅内出血患者心肌酶谱值变化对病情严重程度的影响及其与出血性质的关系方法选择外伤性和血管性颅内出血患者各40例分两组,入院时行GCS评分3-8分、9-15分重新分两组,入院24h内测定血清AST、CK、CKMB、LDH,同期健康体检者40例为对照组。将测定值分别进行对比分析。结果外伤性和血管性颅内出血患者血清心肌酶值均高于对照组有统计学意义;外伤性与血管性颅内出血患者血清心肌酶值升高对比无统计学意义;GCS 3-8分组、GCS 9-15分组与对照组两两对比均有统计学意义。结论外伤性和血管性颅内出血患者急性期血清心肌酶谱值的升高程度与出血性质无明显相关性,而与病情严重程度相关,可作为判断预后的指标之一。

Objective To research into the influences of the changes in cardiac muscle zymogram on the severity of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage and vascular intracranial hemorrhage as well as the connection of the hemorrhage type with the changes, Methos Forty patients with the disease of traumatic intracranial hemorrhages and the other 40 pa- tients with vascular intracranial hemorrhages were divided into two groups according to the GCS standards. Group one was with the points of 3 - 8 and group two was with the points of 9 - 15, Their blood serum AST, CK, CKMB and LDH were examined within 24 hours after they were sent to the hospital, Another group of 40 healthy examinees were taken as the control group at the same time. The data of the measurements from three groups were compared and analyzed. Results Cardiac muscle enzyme in blood serum from group one and group two were higher than the control group, which was meaningful in statistic. Comparisons between the groups of traumatic intracranial hemorrhage and vascular intracranial hemorrhage were meaningless in statistic, Pairwise comparisons between group one, group two and the control group were meaningful in statistic. Conclusions The degree of the cardiac muscle enzyme rising is not correlative with the type of hemorrhage but associated with severity of the disease.
