The exergy, anergy, exergy efficiency andexergy analysis theory have been discussed in this paper.It shows that exergy analysis is better method than energyanalysis. Author corrects some mistakes about conceptthuough practical examples and calculation and decides thecrux position in heating system in order to make use of potentiaity.
