摘要
分析了聚丙烯腈初生纤维的微观结构,在凝固浴前增加一个悬浮有氧化锌晶须的乳液槽,使氧化锌晶须在聚丙烯腈初生纤维通过乳液时渗入其内部,起到抗静电的作用。实验结果表明:悬浮有单针状氧化锌晶须的乳液其抗静电效果优于悬浮有四针状氧化锌晶须的乳液;当聚丙烯腈初生纤维在悬浮有单针状氧化锌晶须的乳液中停留时间为20 s时,聚丙烯腈纤维体积比电阻率降为4.5×1010Ω.cm,当停留时间达到60 s后,聚丙烯腈纤维的体积比电阻率可降到4.1×108Ω.cm。
The microstructure of as-spun PAN fiber is analyzed, and a novel method for improving PAN fiber's antistatic performance is investigated, that is, adding a bath of aqueous emulsion suspended with ZnO whiskers before coagulation bath and making the whiskers diffusing into the as-spun PAN fibers. The antistatic result of the aqueous emulsion suspended with single-pod ZnO whiskers are better than that of the aqueous emulsion suspended with tetrapod ZnO whiskers. When the time PAN fibers stay in the aqueous emulsion suspended with single-pod ZnO is 20 s, the specific volume resistivity of PAN fiber reduces to 4.5×10^10Ω·cm, and when the time is 60 s, the specific volume resistivity reduces to 4.1×10^10Ω·cm.
