摘要
对超宽带系统中采样门前置电路进行了理论分析和系统研究,对其产生电路中输入信号的幅度和宽度、采样信号的宽度和上升时间、等效采样的时间间隔等因素的影响进行了分析,给出了一定的结论,同时根据仿真设计了一种采样门电路,给出了实验结果。
In this paper, according to the demand of ultra-wide bandwidth system of our institute developing, a sample gate-preamp circuit is giving with its principle.Some key parameters like the altitude and the width of the input signal, the width and the risetime of sample signal, the time interval of equivalent sampling is simulated by ADS, and some conclusion is given out.At last, a circuit is given out and the test result is shown in the paper.
