摘要 应用连续组织切片技术和组织学观察,对青岛近海潮间带常见鱼类——方氏云鳚(Enedrias fangi)的胸腺进行了研究。结果表明,方氏云鳚的胸腺位于鳃腔背上角,第四鳃弓的背后侧,由扁平上皮构成的咽上皮被覆,整个胸腺似蚕豆型。胸腺实质分叶不明显,大致可分为内区和外区两区,外区主要由淋巴细胞构成,内区以淋巴细胞、网状上皮细胞和髓质上皮囊为主。 An observation of the thymus of Fangs blenny, Enedrias fangi in Qingdao was made by a histological examination. The results show that the thymus of Fangs blenny is situated on either side of the upper corner of the opercular cavity and the fourth gill-bow. It lies closely under the membrane of the opercular cavity. The parenchyma of the thymus can be divided into cortex and medulla. It consists chiefly of lymphoeytes in cortex while lymphocytes, reticuloepithelial cells and epithelial cysts in medulla.
