非圆数控车削基于DSP的直线电动机控制器设计 被引量:1

摘要 车削加工非圆工件时,需要X轴跟踪主轴运动做协调往复运动。为满足进给机构控制系统实时性要求,设计了基于DSP的直线电动机控制器。提出采用FIFO机制与上位机接口板进行SPI高速通讯的通讯机制。对控制器的硬件结构与软件系统进行了设计。 During noncircular part turning, the tool must reciprocate in X axis to harmonize with the spindle ' s rotation. To satisfy the feed mechanism's real - time performance, the linear motor controller is designed based on Digital Signal Processor ( DSP). A high baud rates communication mechanism between the interface board of the computer and DSP controller is proposed based on FIFO incorporates with SPI. The hardware structure and software system are designed.
